Turnkey Service
Seamless from Start to Finish
Due to our vast experience in all methods of construction as well as our established relationships with quality tradesmen, we are able to offer a seamless, full-build service for any of our customers.
This would cover the whole process from initial designs, through every step and management of the build, to the handover of the key to the door.
There are, of course, many stages during the build process once the project is underway. The first man on the ground is the groundworker/builder, who would excavate and pour the foundations. After that comes the construction of the substructure walls and the base of the building up to DPC level.
On some buildings such as outbuildings, this is where the oak frame comes into play. Others require further masonry works such as a dwarf wall or full-height masonry walls before the frame can be fitted.
Following on from the structural oak frame, cladding, glazing or insulated wall panels such as SIPs are installed.
The roof cover is the next step followed by all internal works
described in more detail in our Project Sequence section of this website.
Some clients prefer to use their own tradesmen and project manage their own build, while others want the whole process dealt with and managed by our professional management team.
The advantage of the latter is peace of mind knowing that the project will run smoothly with each trade following on from the other without unnecessary delays. The outstanding relationship we hold with our sub-contractors guarantees this.
